The Opportunity

For our Abbott Nutrition Division ANI we are currently looking for a Medical Representative to join our great team in Croatia. This will be a field-based role requiring daily travelling across assigned territory - Zagreb and surroundings.

What You'll do:

• Build effective business relationships with health care partners and customers; win new customers, as well as developing long-term relationships with existing ones.

• Ensure high-quality sales calls and excellence in selling skills.

• Maintain f2f call frequencies and number of doctor visits as per plan.

• Ensure regular CRM reporting and regular segmentation and targeting process.

• Implement and propose marketing activities.

• Grow Product knowledge by attendance at conferences and seminars.

• Administration, database maintenance, expense reports preparation.

Required qualifications and background:

• University degree preferably in medical / health care / chemistry field.

• At least 2 years of experience in interaction with hospital specialists from Oncology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology or Diabetes is desired.

• Prior experience in sales roles, preferably in pharma sector, is strongly desired.

• Proficiency in English and Croatian.

• Competency in MS Office applications.

• Driving license B.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong relationship building skills.

• Ability to understand the data and propose necessary actions.

• Ability and willingness to travel on a frequent basis.

• Living location in Zagreb or close surrounding.
