Are you looking for a Direct Hire opportunity that offers fantastic growth opportunities and full benefits your 1st month? An expanding company in north of Raleigh is seeking a Machine Operator to set up & operate their machines.

Pay - $23-26 based on exp, past history with advanced machine operation and setup typically will be at least 3-4+ years.

Shift - 7pm-7am, 3-2-2-3 rotation If you're interested please and answer the pre screening questions!

salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems & electrical systems of machines, have enough knowledge to troubleshoot minor problems.

• Understand materials & cycles so as to explain why different materials require different cycles.

• Make proper adjustments to machines when ware is not running to specs.

• Know proper way to shut down and start up machines, have basic knowledge of all secondary equipment :

• Set-up flaming line, mold heaters

• Quality control - Distinguish different defects, know the different dimensions

• Chart bottles using ERP system

• Document process steps to comply with approved guidelines.

• Assist in maintaining ‘Good Manufacturing Practices' (GMP) within the plant – including housekeeping on assigned production lines.

• Evaluate and recommend equipment modifications to improve efficiency.

• Assist management in tracking process trends/genesis units.
