Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization.

You will be part of the general accounting department working closely with accounting and finance functions as well as internal and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax packages, and assisting with audit preparations

• Preparation of journal entries

• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts

• Assisting with annual audits with internal and external auditors

• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance

• Preparing federal, state, and special tax documents while working closely with internal tax department

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 3 Years of Accounting Experience

• Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance or related educational discipline, or equivalent work experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong organizational Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote work environment

• Oracle

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $71600 - $121700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
