Klinge Corporation Refrigeration Engineer in YORK, Pennsylvania
Refrigeration Engineer (Klinge Corporation / York, PA). Responsible to function as the principal refrigeration subject matter expert in the company with knowledge of design, installation, operation, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment, systems and processes to meet product requirements. Position allows for remote work each Friday. The position requires the minimum of a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or foreign equivalent degree (program must include coursework in thermodynamics and refrigeration design) plus 5 years' progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The position also requires 5 years' experience in mechanical systems development including refrigeration halocarbon systems R404a/R507; 4 years' experience calculating refrigeration system specifications; experience with commercial, retail, and industrial refrigeration design; experience with testing of refrigeration parts and products, data acquisition, and thermal load calculations; experience with refrigeration electrical controls design; experience with AutoCAD, practical experience in 3D modeling Autodesk Inventor.
