Johnson Controls Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift in York, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 19902037 Johnson Controls is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team! Apply now for consideration.

In this role you will:

Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems

Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools

Operates cutting torch or welding equipment

Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures

Read and interrupt Blue prints, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical schematics

Operate forklift, and other maintenance related equipment (examples include but not limited to man lift, golf cart, van, snow plow etc.)

Repairs and maintains forklifts, and other related vehicles (examples include but not limited to man lift, golf cart, van, snow plow etc.) Qualifications:

Forklift license required. Must be able to obtain within three (3) months

Electrical, welding or any other type of related certificates and /or licenses preferred

High School Diploma or Equivalency This is a 2nd shift role working from 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday with some mandatory OT on Saturday.
