DESCRIPTION OF WORK Under the supervision of the Highway Bridge Foreman, your role encompasses a range of routine manual labor tasks within the yard, including mowing, construction, and maintenance of grounds. You will provide support to the county bridge crew as needed, engaging in general labor activities such as form building, concrete pouring, stone masonry, and rebar tying. Additionally, you will conduct routine diagnostics on equipment, utilizing diagnostic tools and adhering to testing protocols, while also assisting in more intricate troubleshooting efforts.

Your responsibilities will extend to performing minor repairs and maintenance on motorized hand tools, including chainsaws, compressors, jackhammers, tampers, hand mowers, trimmers, routers, patching machines, and heating kettles, while promptly reporting any missing or damaged equipment. Furthermore, you will ensure that walkways are clear and that the premises, including building entrances, are maintained in an orderly and presentable condition.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities. Special Requirements:

This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
