Opera Talent Sourcer Intern in Wrocław, Poland
This is a paid internship role with location in Wroclaw, Poland or Oslo, Norway.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Poland, Wroclaw, and manage the first stage of the recruiting process. As a TA Intern your main responsibility will be to use various channels to look for potential candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ultimately, you will help us fill the vacancies with qualified employees.
Role & Responsibilities:
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github etc).
Coordinate with our Talent Acquisition Partners to determine position requirements.
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Support with other administrative parts of the hiring process such as coordinating interviews and obtaining references.
Job Requirements:
An education within Human Resources or equivalent field.
Passion and strong interest in the recruitment and talent engagement.
Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing) is a must.
Flexibility and ability to work in changing environment.
Ideal Candidate's Profile:
- Previous experience in recruitment is a strong asset.
