We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Search Recruiter to join us . As Executive Search Recruiter, you will own the hiring of senior level executives to the BD organisation within the EMEA region ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

This is a remote home-based position and can be based in Poland, Spain (Madrid/Barcelona) or Hungary.

Job Description

As part of the EMEA Executive Search team, made up of 2 Exec Search Partners and a Sourcer, the team fills approx. 75 positions a year and in this role, you will partner with the business strategically and be responsible for sourcing, attracting and securing the best talent both internally and externally. Implementing and leading executive searches you will deliver an outstanding relationship with candidates, internal and external clients while ensuring a focus on building talent pipelines and communities. Developing creative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of talent, you will be an authority on external market talent trends and bring new insights to support the business needs. The role is a broad recruitment role covering a wide range of geographies and functions such as Commercial, Marketing, Quality/Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain. Typical executive searches are at the level of Director, VP, SVP and General Manager. This is a remote-based role and there is minimal travel expected.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Partner with executive leaders to craft, implement, and execute recruiting strategies for senior-level talent.

• Proactively and continuously implement creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse network of high-quality candidates

• Deliver relationship management strategies with high-potential talent to accurately represent company leadership positions in the marketplace.

• Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and COE for Talent Management, Leadership Development, and ID&E to support senior-level succession plans to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of external search strategies

• Provide timely and innovative information to Senior Executives on meaningful developments within the executive staffing field to help educate business leaders on effective recruiting methods

• Continually identify and address areas of improvement and opportunity within the candidate experience

• Use technology solutions, when possible, to streamline processes to improve impact

• Direct management responsibility of the EMEA Sourcer

About you

• Experience of executive level recruitment within a large multinational organisation (experience within medical devices or life sciences is helpful)

• Experience with a broad range of recruiting methodologies, with a confirmed ability to source and convert talented candidates

• Proven problem solver with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities

• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and influencing skills, to work with executive level partners from a diverse set of backgrounds

• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong project management abilities

• Strong business knowledge, able to translate business strategy to talent attraction strategies

• Experience with Workday would be an advantage

• Based in Poland, Spain or Hungary you will be happy to work remotely with minimal travel required
