Job Description

Primary Location:

Worland, Wyoming

Production Machine Cleaner: Keeps interior and exterior of production equipment and production environment in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums, as appropriate, production area floors.

Cleans and sanitizes production equipment components and associated support systems, such as tanks, lines, valves, conveyors and water treatment system during scheduled down time, including day, evening and night shifts.

Polish stainless steel components.

Removes, sanitizes, and installs valves in filler system in accordance with established procedures.

Keeps production equipment and environment clear of debris, such as bottles, cans and other related packaging material.

Notifies management concerning equipment condition and the indications of the need for repair and/or preventive maintenance.

Complete appropriate forms to document equipment status, order supplies and to comply with routine administrative procedures.

Wears and utilizes appropriate safety equipment.

Wears Company provided uniform and required sanitation and safety devices, as appropriate, to comply with safety and sanitation standards for beverage production operations.

Completes all required Food Safety and GMP training and demonstrates compliance on a continual basis. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situa- tions to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common frac- tions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or dia- gram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
