This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Who We Are

HII- Missions Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Team Lead in a hybrid of telework and work at the client’s site in Baltimore (Woodlawn) MD.

This position requires experience in supply chain management and risk assessment/mitigation methods along with strong background in Program Management.

The candidate selected for this position will support the Director, Division of Strategic Information (DSI), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and other government personnel.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee and direct the priorities of the SCRM Team, following the guidance and direction of the Government Team Lead, TDL Lead, and Site Lead.

  • Provide oversight for the development and growth of the HII Mission Partner SCRM program.

  • Deliver SCRM/C-SCRM Strategy and Governance, including Program Guides, SOPs, Strategy and Implementation Plans, collaborating with stakeholders.

  • Deliver SCRM-related Training, Awareness, and Outreach materials, including self-paced training modules packaged for the agency Learning Management System, journal articles, and newsletters.

  • Deliver supplier risk assessments and supply chain risk monitoring / mitigation plans; establish supply chain risk visibility and traceability.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define agency risk criteria and tolerance, and to establish control processes.

  • Ensure compliance with agency policies and that the performance and quality of products and services provided by the SCRM Team conform to established HII standards, metrics, and customer expectations.

  • Monitor and Report SCRM Team Performance. Ensure SCRM Team service and deliverable requirements are met and provide inputs to monthly reporting of status and completion metrics.

  • Identify and report risks (Cost, Schedule, Performance) to TDL Manager and Site Lead.

What We Are Looking for

  • 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.

  • Minimum 4 years relevant Supply Chain Risk Management/Third Party Risk Management experience in conducting supplier assessments, developing SCRM/C-SCRM governance, and delivering agency-level SCRM/C-SCRM training and outreach materials.

  • Experience supporting Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and/or U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS) programs.

  • Strong critical thinking skills, writing skills, and communication skills to understand customer problems/risks and identify, facilitate, train and coach process improvements to address challenges.

  • Ability to create and foster a cooperative work environment.

  • Experience briefing senior executives from Government and Industry.

  • TS/SCI Clearance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred: Bonus Points For...

  • Project Manager – Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Self-starter, organized, flexible, adaptable, team-oriented, and able to operate effectively in changing environments.

  • Experience managing subcontractors including timesheet reconciliation and budget.

  • Experience with MS-SharePoint.
