Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible but not limited for the following tasks:
Perform FIB (Focused-ion beam) milling for TEM sample preparation and failure analysis on various Tech-node IC devices for line process monitoring, yield improvement and new product development .
Perform on basic TEM imaging and measurement requests.
Work in FA lab environment and conduct pre-FIB related works such as sample delayering and coating.
Comply with Lab EHS and safety rules and collaborate with Lab team on the lab housekeeping/audits.
Work in night shift .
Requirements Successful candidates for this position shall have:
Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related subjects.
Pri or experience with SEM/FIB is not compulsory but preferred . Training will be provided.
Basic knowledge on semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes.
Solid communication, fast learning, and problem-solving skills.
Passionate on IC failure analysis with team s pirit .
Team player with sense of urge ncy and commitment.
