Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking professional to join our team as a Packer in our Elk Grove Village facility. This role involves a rotation between three distinct tasks each day. The successful candidate will be part of a team of packers responsible for preparing boxes, loading ink cartridges into the boxes, and finally labeling, sealing and palletizing the boxes. The position demands an individual who can stand for up to 8 hours a day and maintain the pace of the production line.

Hard Skills

  • 6 months of Manufacturing Experience

  • Ability to work at a fast pace

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently

  • High School Diploma or GED

Soft Skills

  • Excellent team player

  • Strong work ethic

  • Adaptability to job rotation

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and temperature-controlled. The facility employs approximately 60 individuals, including packers, forklift drivers, mixers, and office personnel. Preferred but not necessary are any amount of experience in inks or chemical environment and experience as a batch mixer.
