Position: General Labor Location: Wisconsin Rapids, WI Pay: Starting at\$20.31plus shift differentials with a generous benefits package including Medical, Dental & Vision. Shifts:This is a rotating shift- The shift rotations are like this: 7 days 11-7 then 2 days off, 7 days 3-11 then 1 day off, 7 days 7-3 then 4 days off. Open availability is required, this is a relief position, employees may be asked to work a variety of first, second and third shifts. Sometimes some employees can work all three shifts in any given week depending on where the openings are. We will try to give employees 5 days on a single shift if possible, but there are no guarantees. The employee may also work the later shifts multiple weeks in a row. While reporting to the Production Supervisor, as a Laborer you will work in a variety of departments. Must be able to meet all physical and vision requirements and obtain Power Truck Operator license. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment. You must have the ability to work with various teams and be dedicated to providing quality product in a safe manner.
