We have an exciting opportunity for a Service & Production Apprentice starting in September at our Winnersh UK site .

During this 42-month apprenticeship you will gain broad experience across a variety of service and build sub-assemblies both electronic and mechanical. You will also interact with other departments and teams including , but not limited to , Engineering, Logistics, Quality and EH&S. In addition , you will be supported by our training partner, Train’d Up , to achieve a Level 3 Engineering Fitter apprenticeship .

We expect that you will be just starting your career so we will delight in training and supporting you through your career journey. That means you need to be a willing learner and committed to achieving both business and personal results whilst working as part of a team . With some experience of using basic hand tools , you will have good problem solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively . You will also need to have obtained a grade 4 or above in 4 GCSEs including Maths and English and a STEM subject (or equivalent level qualifications).
