Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Deskside Support Technician to join their team for a hyrid position based in Wilson, NC. This Technician will work onsite 3 to 4 days a week and must be reliable to work remotely the rest of the week over the client’s RSA with provided tools and work system.
Skills and Qualifications:
A+ Certification is required but can be obtained in the first 90 days of employment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as most of support provided will be via teams / phone
Experience in supporting an enterprise environment
Experience in banking industry is a plus
Prior experience in a remote support role, supporting clients over the phone or using teams and knowledge of remote control tools
Prior experience supporting software and operating systems for Dell and / or Lenovo
Solid understanding of computers specializing in win. 11 or prior OS system migrations
Technical ability to troubleshoot and repair software or system issues, including win. 11 migration problems
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure
Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
