Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Deskside Support Technician to join their team for a hyrid position based in Wilson, NC. This Technician will work onsite 3 to 4 days a week and must be reliable to work remotely the rest of the week over the client’s RSA with provided tools and work system.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A+ Certification is required but can be obtained in the first 90 days of employment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as most of support provided will be via teams / phone

• Experience in supporting an enterprise environment

• Experience in banking industry is a plus

• Prior experience in a remote support role, supporting clients over the phone or using teams and knowledge of remote control tools

• Prior experience supporting software and operating systems for Dell and / or Lenovo

• Solid understanding of computers specializing in win. 11 or prior OS system migrations

• Technical ability to troubleshoot and repair software or system issues, including win. 11 migration problems

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure

• Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
