Robert Half is working with our client in Wilmington to fill an Accounts Payable contract to perm position.

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Paying vendors, bills, expense checks

• Month end journal entries

• Accrue liabilities

• Track expenditures and perform financial analysis

• Create audit trails

• Filing of all paperwork

• Enter and track sales and use tax to collect and pay

• Credit card reconciliation

• Clear issues out of aging reports

• Financial reporting and analysis

  Requirements

• Proven Accounts Payable experience

• Understanding of basic accounting principles

• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.

• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• MS Dynamics a ++
