Job Description

Your Team

Brookfield is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing efforts in our master-planned community Riverlights in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day marketing initiatives in the community, effectively communicating the community vision to home shoppers and Realtors. Responsibilities include assisting with community events, engaging with on-site builder sales agents, creating and updating website content, and monitoring and posting on the community’s social media channels. We are looking for a self-starting, multi-tasker who operates at a fast pace, is engaging, works well with a team, and enjoys customer facing interactions.

Your Key Deliverables

• Work closely with Marketing Manager to implement comprehensive marketing strategies, messaging, and communication plans• Deliver timely and remarkable customer service to prospects and stakeholders, and act as liaison with community builders and their sales reps.• Build relationships with key Brokers/Broker offices, providing community updates, builder information, etc.• Assist with weekly Sales and Traffic Reports and monthly/quarterly data as needed.• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads• Provide builder sales teams with weekly reports, marketing materials and other items as may be needed.• Respond to inquiries from website/social media and monitor for potential issues or opportunities to refine messaging.• Brainstorm and create engaging and relevant audience-appropriate content for social media, blogs, website, video, nurturing emails, e-newsletters, and the like.• Responsible for the day-to-day management of social media to include crafting relevant content, scheduling and posting content, working with creators and influencers, and monitoring to optimize performance.

• Participate in weekly meetings with agency partners.• Work with the marketing team to support the execution of sales and marketing events, including model and amenity openings, Realtor events, and signature community events.• Build positive buzz about the community; attend local events and make connections/contacts in the neighborhood.• Work with Community Representatives to ensure Broker, shopper, and buyer data is input into Salesforce weekly. • Knowledge of company-wide systems including SalesForce, Tochi, JIRA and Umbraco

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four year college or university preferred; or at least 3 years related experience in sales, marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience• Experience in real estate industry is a plus, though licensed candidates actively practicing will not be considered.• Exceptional project management skills - ability to develop and provide clear direction, prioritization, and planning.• Excellent written and oral communication skills.• Enthusiastic and positive attitude, quick learner.• Must have exceptional people skills, including conflict resolution skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively with co-workers and broader team.• Strong customer service orientation with focus on the public; proficient in ascertaining specific guest needs and responding to inquiries.• Ability to learn data management and CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce and Umbraco are a plus.• Proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel.• Experience in graphic design or web interface design with knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred • Experience in Social Media Strategy, Google analytics, video production, graphic design, HTML design preferred• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external groups including our builder partners, community residents, and retail partners.• Some weekends required; not a remote work position.
