JPMorgan Chase Lead Technical Program Manager - Technology Resiliency in Wilmington, Delaware

As a Lead Technical Program Manager - technology Resiliency at JP Morgan Chase within Cybersecurity technology & Controls, you'll will be responsible for driving complex technology-related programs and projects both across the enterprise and cybersecurity line of business. This particular position will be supporting a cybersecurity -sponsored global technology significant initiative known as Firm wide Technology Resiliency Uplift. In this role you will be expected to lead and facilitate Enterprise-wide initiatives associated to the program's objectives.

Examples of key responsibilities will include leading initiatives across a large number of Global Technology Product Lines and Lines of Business in order to execute resiliency related initiatives including strengthening data resiliency, building public cloud resiliency, modernizing resiliency tooling, uplifting infrastructure resiliency, maturing resiliency testing, governing critical 3 rd Party resiliency, and more.

Job responsibilities:

  • Experienced leading and facilitating complex technical initiatives across a large community of products

  • Coordinating and leading Executive-level meetings/presentations

  • Managing program financials including developing business cases, forecasting, managing P&L, and reoccurring reporting

  • Escalating decisions, actions, and blockers to Executive sponsors as necessary

  • Organizing and leading design/architectural related discussion as necessary

  • Ensuring risk management strategies are followed and implemented within guidelines

  • Setting and defining clear objectives, milestones, definitions of done, and status

  • Identifying and securing program resources in a matrix-program model where necessary

  • Chairing and facilitating program meetings attending by all levels of Management

  • Develop and deliver high quality Executive presentations up to and including the GT CISO, CIOs, CTOs, and CFOs as required

  • Prepare and maintain Program Confluence page(s), JIRA boards, program plan(s), metrics, scorecards, status reports, etc.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Formal training or certification in Information Technology, and/or 5+ years of experience and/or exposure to resiliency practices, tools, and techniques ( aka \"Able to Talk the Talk\" )

  • Proficient with creation and management within JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint

  • Program Plan / Work Breakdown Structure creation and management using industry standard tools

  • Substantial IT program/project Management experience

  • Strong understanding of GT organization and operating practices

  • Experience working across multiple product lines, Lines of Business, or equivalent

  • Formal program/project management training or discipline required

  • Previous experience working with multiple technologies including but not limited to Operating Systems, Databases, Networks, Security

  • Experience working with both on-perm and public cloud technologies

  • Knowledge and/or experience working with risk management, including strong understanding of the firm's control management framework

  • Knowledge and/or experience working with Permit to Build / Operate processes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Proven experience managing geo-graphically disbursed and culturally diverse work-groups

  • Extensive and proven experience with Executive-level presentation

  • Experience working with outside service providers, vendors, and customers

  • Experience building a program from the ground-up and leading a program Steering/Operating Committee

  • Strong analytic skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills, oral and written communication skills
