Ability to oversee department finances for accurate planning, budgeting, market trend interpretation, and profitability.

Experience inspiring, mentoring, and empowering autonomous teams.
Respect for individuals and appreciation for diversity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Technology, or related field with 8-10 years of experience.
What you’ll do:
The Product and Market Development Business Product Owner at Nova-Tech Engineering plays a pivotal role in shaping product lifecycles. Through the leadership of product-centric teams, this position takes product vision and research to customer marketing strategy. Focus is driven by balancing our external stakeholder’s expectations with internal team alignment using a strong feedback loop, incremental development, and established release plans.

Prioritize and guide product releases to provide the most value through collaboration.
Work and grow within a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Organize staff to best accomplish goals.

Our location:
In 2005, Nova-Tech partnered with Life-Science Innovations to buy a 37-building, 110-acre historic hospital facility in Willmar from the State of Minnesota. Since that time, we have developed the resulting MinnWest Technology Campus into the largest privately owned technology park in the country. Willmar, MN is a bustling community located less than two hours from Minneapolis and one hour from St. Cloud known for its lakes and vibrant entertainment.
