[Processing Crew Members is involved with the daily operation at the processing plant. This involves drying, screening, packaging and loading of leonardite. As a member of the processing crew all employees are cross trained and will perform duties as required. Directions for daily activities are assigned by the Plant Manager or Foreman. • Operate forklifts to move Leonardite around facility, on to trucks, shipping containers and railcars.
• Drive front end loader from stockpile to hoppers.
• Package finished Leonardite and prepare for shipping.
• Repair equipment as necessary using special skills, if available.
• Clean equipment, grounds and warehouses as requested.
• Operate processing equipment: drum dryer/ screener, Plant
• Work with Plant Manager and Safety Director to maintain a safe working environment following the guidelines of Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA).
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

• Skills such as welding, mechanics or carpentry are valued

• Some heavy lifting and considerable moving of equipment required.
• Lifting of objects up to 80 lbs
• Must be able to stand/walk during shift
