Countryside Landscape & Design Lawn Care Team Member in Williamstown, Massachusetts
Description: A seasonal position that is dedicated to all aspects regarding the mowing and maintenance of residential and commercial lawns. Job Duties: - Mow grass with precision, finishing with line trimming and use of a blower - Maintenance of equipment by power washing mower following day\'s work, greasing and changing blades when necessary - Ability to perform simple trouble shooting, when mechanical issues arise, and be in communication with company mechanic when larger issues become apparent - Assist in off-season Snow & Ice Mangement Requirements: - Experience with a variety of mowers: zero-turns, push, stand-ons with sulky, line trimmers, and blowers - Able to work well with a diverse group of employees and clients - Willingness to learn - Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday - Must possess a valid driver\'s license - Ability to obtain a DOT medical card - Must be punctual and reliable - Other duties, when assigned - Overtime, as needed, some Saturdays required Benefits: - Employee discount - Health insurance - Paid time off - Professional development assistance - Retirement plan Schedule: - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Overtime Experience: - Lawn Mowing: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: - Driver\'s License (Required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time, seasonal
