TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania

Description:

We are seeking a customer service rep to join our growing team! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for communicating over the phone with insureds, agency personnel, claimants, providers, vendors, and any other callers with questions related to products and services.

Day to Day:

  • Handles contacts primarily from agents, policyholders, claimants and providers.

  • Answers billing questions including taking a payment, questions about a policy, making changes to a policy, status of a policy and audit. Th

  • Direct/transfer the caller to the current department/person.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred, not required)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Computer skills

Hours:

Multiple Shifts Available, Hybrid work Schedule
