Lead Teacher
Duties:\ - Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans\ - Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment\ - Provide guidance and support to students in their social, emotional, and academic development\ - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience\ - Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians\ - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance\ - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns\ - Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom
Experience:\ - Minimum of 1 years of experience working with preschool or early childhood students\ - Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices\ - Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies\ - Experience in classroom management and creating a positive learning environment\ - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
