Where do you fit?

To be a successfulOn-Call Supervisor you must become able to do the following always:

  1. Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
  2. Supervise on-call staff, ensure staff are trained and competent in their job functions, meet or exceed their performance expectations, and program outcome measurements utilizing the Supervision for Success model.
  3. Provide back-up to on-call staff as needed. Assist and coach on-call staff in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
  4. Ensure all on-call functions and processes are executed in a timely manner.
  5. Provide quality customer service, demonstrate collaboration, and utilize effective communication with internal and external customers.
  6. Create and monitor budget for department financial success.
  7. Effectively operate the companys electronic health record system and any state systems required. Partner with the Data Services Department on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) processes and workflows.
  8. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Companys Program Practice Guidelines.

To qualify for this job, you need to have:

  1. Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of college required.
  2. Experience working in child welfare or nonprofit. Supervisory experience preferred.
  3. 21 years of age. Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and physical and drug screening.
  4. Maintain company-required training.
  5. Physical working requirements - Ability to travel, driving company or personal vehicle including at night. Ability to do occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Able to walk stairs. Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Employees are subject to outside environmental conditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
