We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the maintenance team as a Housekeeper. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by maintaining the cleanliness of apartments and common areas.

Requirements
Responsibilities of this position would include but not be limited to:
- Cleaning resident rooms and common areasto include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Maintaining the housekeeping cartby keeping it clean, stocked and labeled
- Assisting with related dutiesas needed, such as laundry or spill cleanup
- Communicating effectively with residents and staff
- Adheringto company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
