Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire an Application Product Owner to join a client of ours in the manufacturing industry. This person will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to create requirements for specific applications, owning the responsibility of the applications from a maintenance and reliability perspective. This person will serve as the subject matter expert for the applications and will be tasked with partnering both with the infrastructure team members to deploy solutions, while also partnering with the different plant operations teams to execute. This will be an individual contributor role, that may be responsible for tasks such as building out data integrations, monitoring different solutions, creating reliability solutions, having customer touch points, etc. About 15% of this role will be spent traveling to different plant sites. This is a contract to hire position that will be local to Wichita, KS, Rosemount, MN, or Corpus Christi, TX.

Skills and Requirements

Previous experience as a Product Owner

Strong technical aptitude (firewalls, routing, programming knowledge, windows products, API development)

Good communication skills - this will be a client facing role Application integrations

Experience with data modeling

Experience with OSIsofts PI, Bentlys System 1 null
