salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Provides inspired leadership for the organization.

• Reduces costs by implementing lean practices, improving labor efficiency,

reducing waste, and improving product quality.

• Works with members of the operations team to improve complete and on-time

shipment performance.

• Collaborates with HR to determine skills and competencies required for

openings. Assists HR with interviewing and recruiting.

• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high

morale.

• Works with the Controller to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and

auditing to ensure profit goals are met.

• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance

with laws and regulations.

• Work with the Leadership Team to determine values and mission, and plan for

short and long-term goals.

• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

• Support worker communication with the management team.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends

Skills

• Warehouse Operations (10 years of experience is preferred)

• Materials Management (8 years of experience is preferred)

• Scheduling Appointments (8 years of experience is preferred)

• Decision Making (10 years of experience is preferred)

• Six Sigma (8 years of experience is preferred)

• Sheet Metal manufacturing (8 years of experience is required)

• Manufacturing (10 years of experience is required)
