Description We are offering an opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II based in Whittier, California. This role primarily involves providing support for our internal teams and customers, utilizing a range of skills including Citrix Technologies, Database Management, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email

• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers

• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

• Provide accurate information on IT products or services

• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

• Follow-up and update customer status and information

• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal teams

• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures Requirements • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Citrix Technologies

• Proficiency in working with Database systems

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience with Lotus Notes software

• Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools

• Knowledge and experience with Active Directory

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Ability to provide Deskside Support

• Familiarity with Desktop Hardware

• Help Desk Analyst II or similar experience is preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work

• Willingness to continually learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service skills and establish strong relationships with users
