Chubb Filenet Solution Architect in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey
JOB DESCRIPTION
Experience in solutioning using Content Management products preferably IBM FileNet
Expertise in IBM FileNet suits of products such as IBM Content Manager, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, CMIS, IBM Content Collector for file systems and emails
Experience in upgrade of FileNet suits of products
Expertise in architecting and designing FileNet/ECM solutions
Expertise in designing Java and DotNet applications
Understanding of IBM WebSphere ND and other Application Servers such as Apache Tomcat
Understanding of databases such as IBM DB2, SQL Servers etc.
Participate in the requirements discussions and conducting a detailed feasibility study
Architect and design FileNet/ECM integrations and interfaces
Coordinate with clients/integrating partners/vendors for FileNet related efforts
Work with integrating partners on understanding the scope and requirements to provide the project efforts and estimates
Coordinate with different infra teams on platform and application related activities
Create, update and maintain various infrastructure and architecture diagrams and documents
Prepare architectural diagrams and documentations and work with Chubb Enterprise Architect team on building permit process
Update and maintain infrastructure and server details and periodically provide the recommendations on changes needed for improvements or cater to future growth
Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolution of productions (and non-prod) incidents
Participate in the performance analysis calls for the investigation and analysis on the issues and provide recommendations
Implement monitoring tools such as App Dynamics and ELK search to configure/adjust alerts and notifications
Experience in migrating the FileNet and custom applications to Azure Kubernetes Services or on-prem containers
FileNet administrative knowledge is a plus
Knowledge of insurance domain
