The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring product specifications and tolerance levels are met. This role requires expertise in CNC operations, programming, and a strong understanding of manufacturing safety and quality control. Responsibilities: - Safely operate complex production equipment and manufacturing software - Follow digital work instructions, blueprints, and guidelines to ensure product specifications are met - Execute equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting - Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines in a continuous production process - Monitor and maintain control of production/process specifications - Conduct quality control and in-process production testing - Set up and modify programs for robotics and vision systems - Perform troubleshooting and make necessary adjustments to equipment - Complete all necessary documentation and electronic data entries accurately and timely - Adhere to company safety policies and support Lean Enterprise initiatives Requirements: - High School Diploma required - 1-3 years of CNC experience preferred - Previous programming experience preferred Skills & Abilities: - Strong knowledge in manufacturing safety, technical manufacturing, and basic computer skills - Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T methods - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in shop math and precision measurement tools - Experience with M We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team.
