GARY L KRENEK INSURANCE Senior Customer Service Representative in Wharton, Texas
[[Answer phones and greet customers. Prepare, sort, scan, attach, collect and distribute internal, outgoing and incoming correspondence and files. Data entry and clerical support to departmental personnel. Other duties as assigned.
Must have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience. Must always have neat and professional appearance. Must have phone professionalism. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team environment. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, and remain on feet while filing, sorting, organizing, and delivering files and correspondence. Must be self-sufficient. Will oversee office. Must be interested in a career in insurance. Must be interested in growing with our company.
All training and licensing will be provided. Employer will train on insurance procedures.
