Our physician led medical group enjoys an excellent reputation with patients and the medical community, offering primary care, urgent care and more than 30 different specialties. * *Position Overview: As a Project Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership in population health by providing comprehensive, multi-faceted administrative and project support. This position requires a blend of creativity, independent judgment, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of various quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support - Provide high-level administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence. Quality Improvement Project Support : - Lead and manage population health projects from initiation through to completion. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Facilitate collaboration and communication to drive the success of population health quality initiatives. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: • Candidates must have excellent communication skills with a variety of professions verbally and in writing. • Strong computer skills including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Visio, Smartsheets, Powerpoint etc) • Experience managing projects and priorities.
