CNC Programmer and Operator

Job Description

CNC Programmer and Operator requires one to program, setup, and operate CNC machines to manufacture steel molds. You will write and edit programs as well as program at the controls. In addition to programming, you will set up Fadal CNC machines, perform edits and changeovers as needed for production. Lastly, you will operate the machines in production to produce a quality, finished product that meets customer specifications. Visual inspection of the product is required.

Hard Skills

• CNC Programming (You can choice the software you want to use)

• Ability to program at the controls

• CNC Setup

• Set up machines, edits, and changeovers for job shop runs

• CNC Operation (3 axis, Outside Diameter, Inside Diameter, and Depth for steel molds)

• Quality control and visual inspection

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Westville, New Jersey.

Work Environment

Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM, AC in shop, Family run business, Laid back environment, Well lit and fairly clean machine shop
