JOB REQUIREMENTS: The School District of West Salem is seeking qualified individuals who would like the opportunity to become part of our custodial team. High School - The position will primarily be 2nd shift during school days (6:00-10:00 p.m.) and 1st shift during the summer. Middle School - The position will primarily be 2nd shift during school days (2:30-6:30 p.m.) and 1st shift during the summer. School District Employees must have strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and the ability to work well with adults, children of all ages and the public. Candidate should be able to provide students and staff with a clean, safe, attractive, comfortable and efficient environment in which to learn, work, play and develop.
