The Business Analyst Manager will provide insight, business analytics and strategic direction to the Doosan Bobcat Grounds Maintenance Equipment (GME) business functions. This position uses insights from data analytics and research to drive more informed strategic decisions on business cases, project prioritization, KPIs, and product planning.

This position is open to a location of West Fargo, Bismarck or Gwinner, ND.

Role & Responsibility

  • Advise management on business implications and recommend changes to strategy or operating plan based on analytics.

  • Collaborate with supported functions to determine the impact of each project and incorporate it into the plan as required. Ensure the alignment of business resources to support delivery objectives.

  • Research market and competitive intelligence and incorporate into recommendations.

  • Evaluate business opportunities, build a business case, perform appropriate due diligence as appropriate and make recommendations to senior management.

  • Develop business cases and plans including market analysis, pro forma (“what if” scenario) financial analysis, and feasibility studies for new business initiatives.

  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, and form a project team.

  • Determine operational objectives by studying business environment, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and strategy.

  • Lead, manage, and troubleshoot technical implementations within sources of data, models, and reporting.

  • Maintain alignment of IT projects and database initiatives with the business organization’s goals and overall strategic plan.

  • Manage and develop direct reports through coaching, training, and mentoring, and make sure that team members have the tools required to perform effectively and efficiently.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Computer Science, or related major. Master's degree preferred.

  • High degree of fluency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.

  • Experience: 7>10 years.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team. Ability to manage remote teams and align tasks to strategic goals.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly to executives.

  • Demonstrated ability to persuade key stakeholders.

  • High degree of math and statistical skills.

  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organization and project management skills. Ability to multi-task and follow through on commitments in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail.

  • High level of motivation and individual initiative.

  • Travel Required: 10%.
