Description We are on the lookout for a competent Quality Assurance Specialist II to become a part of our team. The role involves testing new and existing technical applications and processes, maintaining a deep understanding of all products and system operations, and aiding in the facilitation of acceptance testing. The Quality Assurance Specialist II ensures that applications are built and function according to requirements and keeps up-to-date with technical knowledge of products and processes to enhance system testing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately define, plan, and execute both manual and automated testing tasks.

• Determine testing objectives and coordinate testing activities with other Quality Assurance personnel.

• Assist the business in defining and organizing acceptance testing.

• Keep track of and report on the status of testing in daily scrums.

• Document quality assurance activities for future audit reviews.

• Make suggestions for enhancements to testing processes and workflows.

• Conduct reviews and walkthroughs of testing.

• Provide application instructions for end-users.

• Work in accordance with our change and problem management methodologies.

• Offer support to the Information Technology team and/or other departments as necessary.

• Willingly take on additional responsibilities as requested to achieve department and company objectives.

• Actively participate and contribute to the goals and objectives of the company by working collaboratively and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years' experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.

• Proficiency in bug tracking is a fundamental requirement for this position.

• The role demands expertise in integration testing to ensure the seamless functioning of our systems.

• The applicant should have a solid background in AB Testing to enhance the performance of our software products.

• A strong understanding of manual testing is required to identify and resolve issues effectively.

• Familiarity with automation testing is essential for this role, to improve efficiency and accuracy in our testing processes. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
