R & R Realty Group Part-Time Accounts Payable Assistant in West Des Moines, Iowa

What you'll do: Compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group’s core values.
Scans, indexes and uploads invoices into Yardi general ledger system; matches PO and/or templates to invoice to ensure proper invoice coding and invoice workflow for approval as needed.
Posts approved invoices to general ledger and processes payments, preparing physical checks and electronic payment file (ACH and virtual credit card payments).
Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
Resolves vendor related issues with invoicing.
Provide phone back up assistance to the receptionist when needed.
