Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our second shift team. In this role, you will have the responsibility of troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment used for manufacturing windows and doors. Your duties will also include performing preventative maintenance on various machinery and equipment such as conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, motors, bearings, saws, overhead cranes, and more. In addition, you will repair conveyors, hydraulics, electrical systems, pneumatics, and motors (3-phase, 480v). Your role will also require reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and diagrams for production equipment. PLC troubleshooting is a bonus skill, but not mandatory. You will also be expected to log maintenance and repairs accurately within a software and monitor the inventory for the maintenance department.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment such as conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, motors, bearings, saws, and overhead cranes.
Repair conveyors, hydraulics, electrical systems, pneumatics, and 3-phase, 480v motors.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams for production equipment.
Log maintenance and repairs accurately within a software system.
Monitor inventory for the maintenance department.

2+ years experience or equal education within Industrial Maintenance
Mechanical Systems (Hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, presses, saws, conveyors, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance)
Electrical Systems (AC/DC motors, 3-phase motors, 480 volt, wiring, conduit, troubleshooting, testing equipment, shortage repair)
PLC's (PLC troubleshooting, PLC control, Robotics - Programming not needed - troubleshooting is a plus)

Shift/Pay
There are current openings on morning, afternoon, and night shift. Starting pay between $28-$35 depending on experience level.
