We are offering an opportunity to join our Real Estate & Property team in Ankeny, IA as a Front Desk Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for our team, managing incoming calls, handling mail, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also undertake a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members

• Handle incoming mail and distribute it accordingly

• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers

• Perform filing and other administrative tasks as assigned

• Use your skills in 'Receptionist Duties', 'Daily Mail', 'Filing' to efficiently carry out your duties

• Maintain an organized and detailed approach to all tasks

• Contribute to maintaining a smooth flow of office operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Front Desk Coordinator role or similar position within the Real Estate & Property industry

• Proficient in receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors

• Capable of managing daily mail, including receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondences

• Skilled in filing, organizing, and maintaining documents in both physical and digital formats
