Robert Half has partnered with a growing client within the Philadelphia Suburbs on their search for a Chief Financial Officer with fintech industry experience. This Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution within the company and assist with supporting the accounting and finance department as needed. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations. This candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, and financial reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

· Assist in establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas

· Cash Management

· Serve as member of executive leadership team

· Maintain and prepare monthly financial reporting

· Assist with the SEC reporting process

· Establish training/coaching for finance department

· Provide strategic initiatives

· Assist in development of financial planning

· Monitor SOX compliance

· Lead multiple projects

· Process Improvement

Requirements

The ideal Chief Financial Officer will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, Advanced degree a PLUS.

Other requirements for the Chief Financial Officer role include and are not limited to:

· 10+ years of leadership experience in a corporate environment

· ERP system experience

· Oracle NetSuite required

· Great communication skills
