Description We are offering a customer service role in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The role primarily involves answering customer inquiries, responding to emails and faxes, and liaising with employers and employees. This role is suitable for those who are proficient in customer service, data entry, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls in a call center setting

• Responding to emails and faxes from customers

• Communicating with employers and employees to address queries

• Handling calls pertaining to paycheck inquiries, enrollment calls, or hours worked

• Using Microsoft Excel and Word to document and track customer interactions

• Demonstrating proficiency in data entry and email correspondence

• Meeting daily metrics by efficiently handling customer interactions

• Ensuring satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. Requirements • Possess at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

• Capable of answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

• Experience in a call center customer service setting is essential.

• Proficient in data entry tasks and familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Strong skills in email correspondence and written communication.

• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service, resolve customer issues and maintain customer relationships.

• Must ensure timely and accurate recording of customer information in the database.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools related to customer service.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Must be adaptable and flexible to changes in work schedule or tasks.

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
