JOB SUMMARY:  

This position is responsible for graphic design for the company and for implementing marketing efforts by working directly with the creative marketing manager, sales department and the I.T. department as well as outside vendors. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fulfill design and/or graphic requests from other departments within Haas Door (signage, brochures, etc.) on a daily or weekly need as requests arise
• Edit current Marketing materials, spec sheets, literature, etc 
• Marketing Support for our dealers - produce banners, posters, literature, and supply image needs
• Product photoshoots
• Administer the social media platforms
• Creating trade show graphics and materials
• Research contact info for leads of top builders/remodelers, and assist in putting together mailing/email campaigns
• Assist in creating intro videos for dealer showrooms when products are launched
• Perform other duties and projects as directed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or marketing required; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu
• Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year experience
• Photography experience will be useful
• Solid understanding of industry standards and best practices for graphic design and print materials
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google drive
• Highly organized, detailed oriented, and driven 
• Light website and video (Adobe Premiere) experience would be helpful
• Professional demeanor
• Minimal travel may be needed
• Must be able to work full time
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and social monitoring experience
