About the Role: Our Member File Servicing Associate role is cornerstone to the quality assurance and independent auditing of a variety of teams at Connexus. Not only is there a focus on reviewing new account applications and memberships to ensure we have proper documentation and accuracy, but also reporting errors and assisting with important data changes surrounding our members. This position also lends itself to collaborate with other teams for training assistance, process improvement, and helping streamline procedural and policy updates. Position Responsibilities: Perform new account audits (to include CIP, OFAC, and account documentation) of various departments applications (Account Servicing, Member Financial Services, Specialty Accounts, Member Outreach) for accuracy according to requirements. Identify potential deficiencies in missing procedures or documentation of control activities, communicate and document findings for follow up.
