Contract Review: Review contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents. Licensing and Reporting: Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and compliance reports, including those required under the Knox-Keene Act. Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about changes and updates to healthcare laws and regulations, including amendments to the Knox-Keene Act, and communicate relevant information to stakeholders. Regulatory Investigations: Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries, investigations, and audits, including those related to Knox-Keene Act compliance.
