Job Information

Uber Supply Implementation Associate, Uber Shuttle in Washington, District Of Columbia

About the Team

We recently brought the Uber Shuttle magic to the US and Canada. Now we are looking to expand the US based team to continue growing as fast as possible! This team started by targeting the B2B space to help companies solve the return to office challenge and to provide riders with an easy, reliable and safe way to get to work. In 2024, we have added Airport shuttles and Event Venue shuttles in the consumer space. This role is an opportunity to be a part of a startup within an established company and to help shape this team and this product offering for the US and Canadian markets.

About the Role

This role is based in Washington, DC or Chicago and reports directly into the GM for Uber Shuttle in the US. The Supply Account Manager, Uber Shuttle will be responsible for overseeing existing Uber Shuttle supply partnerships, helping to grow them, and project managing internal initiatives to improve processes and product features. This role requires strong commercial acumen coupled with good people skills to drive engagement within fleet partners. Attention to detail, problem solving, and organizational skills are a must. Additionally, you must be comfortable working with external and internal stakeholders and presenting to them - including leading training sessions. The team has worked very hard to gain customers as well as fleet partners and we want to do everything we can to provide the best customer experience and help them grow with us. This role is best suited for people who are comfortable working on unstructured, early stage problems.

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible office in Washington, DC or Chicago on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.

What You'll Do

  • Own Partner Onboarding: Facilitate the entire fleet partner onboarding process, address and resolve driver blockers, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets

  • This will typically be prior to the launch of a new B2B or consumer program so time management, organization, and project management are keys for a smooth start

  • Fleet Partner Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for fleet partners and their drivers, introduce new tech features, and investigate and report driver app blockers

  • Ensure Fleet Compliance: Lead screening and background check processes for Shuttle Operations, handle and resolve bug reports promptly, and maintain and update driver onboarding documents and best practices

  • Partner Integration: Work closely with fleet partners to ensure a seamless experience and provide necessary support, maintaining strong relationships and open communication channels

  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Oversee and enhance operational workflows, monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Operational Efficiency, Partner NPS, Driver Satisfaction, and Issue Resolution Time

  • Provide On-call Support: Offer on-call support to address urgent issues that drivers or the fleet are having, ensuring continuous operations and proactively identifying and resolving potential problems

  • Market Launch Support: Assist cross-functional teams and fleet partners with pre and post-market launch activities to ensure sustained performance. Collaborate with tech and product teams to identify, file, and monitor app glitches

Basic Qualifications
