What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Positioned as a FOIA project manager with specialized Relativity training, the Project Manager oversees all support provided for specific cases, managing multiple active cases simultaneously, typically handling six to ten moderately active and moderately sized cases at once.

  • In mammoth cases exceeding 10 million pages, multiple Project Managers may be assigned.

  • Acting as the Government's primary point of contact, the Project Manager liaises with various stakeholders, including the COTR, Government Case Managers, trial attorneys, and client agency staff.

More About the Role:

  • Responsibilities encompass planning, managing support activities, monitoring workflow, progress reporting, staff assignment, budget development and tracking, and coordinating technical/data processing support.

  • The Project Manager ensures high-quality deliverables within stipulated timelines, maintains security protocols for project materials, and collaborates with other Contractor components.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Qualifications entail a minimum of four years of supervisory experience in major litigation support projects.

  • Adeptness in managing complex and time-critical activities, expertise in litigation support tools.

  • Exceptional communication and management skills.

  • Proficiency in various data processing environments and software applications, including Relativity, Oracle, Concordance, and Trial Director.

  • While an undergraduate degree is preferred, a law degree or relevant graduate degree is advantageous.

  • DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US citizenship required)

$85,800 - $180,200
