Amentum is seeking an organized professional who enjoys interfacing between functional communities and who's competent in organizing effective solutions.

Program Support Analyst Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct technical and financial project support to the Acoustic Systems Program Office, Towed Systems Chief Engineer (CHENG).

• Preparing briefing material, reports, correspondence, documentation, and schedules, as well as, coordinating and attending technical and programmatic meetings.

• CHENG support includes Small Business Innovation Research Contract data reviews; related multipart financial actions; and annual Navy field activity task book development support.

• Cross-activity and cross-functional communication, as well as, capturing, coordinating, and tracking relevant taskers through to completion.

• Effectively interface with program office personnel, field activity personnel, and contractors in the areas of budget and finance, acquisition, engineering, and logistics to support issue resolution and planning.

• Strong written communication skills, proofing and editing proficiency, and excellent attention to detail are required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.

• Seven years (7) of job-related experience or equivalent

• Proven ability to effectively interface with program office personnel, field activity personnel, and contractors in budget and finance, acquisition, engineering, and logistics functional areas for issue resolution and planning.

• Proofing and editing proficiency and excellent attention to detail.

• Position may require 25% travel.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited university is preferred, but not mandatory. Equivalent experience (such as life, military, TSA, and other related experience) may be acceptable substitution for the degree.

• Familiarity with Navy submarine programs and acquisition requirements
