CACI is seeking a Program Management Support/Action Officer to support our government project in Washington DC.

What You’ll Get to Do:

As the Program Management Support/Action Officer for PMS 312, the candidate shall provide comprehensive program management support for a variety of activities related to the acquisition, modernization, and life cycle support of Aircraft Carriers and their embedded systems. This effort will include:

  • Direct support to the PMS 312 Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Chier of Staff in management of the program office and tracking of action items.

  • Direct support to managers of ship overhaul and modernization programs, as well as programs to deliver key Aircraft Carrier-based technologies such as aircraft launch and recovery systems, aviation support systems, integrated warfare systems, combat systems, C4I systems, and integrated networks.

  • Draft documentation and briefing material as needed to support milestone decisions, program reviews, forums, congressional inquiries, and related events.

More About the Role:

  • Supports the development and evaluation of customer-focused performance metrics.

  • Supports the planning and execution of special programs and initiatives, including new technology initiatives and program office-sponsored acquisition projects and modernization.

  • Collaborates with the Program Office staff (internal and external stakeholders) to ensure program deliverables are accurate, developed for senior leadership review, and submitted on time IAW schedule requirements.

  • Assists the PMS 312 Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Chief of Staff in carrying out daily tasks associated with the development, direction, and continuity of policies, programs, and operations.

  • Assists the Director of Program Operations in addressing and responding to complex inquiries, usually on short notice, that potentially require multiple sources of data.

  • In support of the OPS support role, assist with the development, tracking and proper close-out of tasks related to ETMS2, the Long Range Calendar, Key Events, pre-brief deadlines, and other associated actions trackers for the In-Service Program Management office.

  • Provide Risk Management Program updates to leadership, as requested, and lead monthly meetings with stakeholders to review Risk Management efforts.

  • Provide PMS 312 representative on various working groups (WGs), as necessary. The WGs may be periodic or adhoc in nature. Changes in WGs participation may occur over the period of performance. The contractor will monitor discussions, take necessary and perform appropriate assignments.

  • Provides coordination and integration of PMS 312 office operations across PMS 312 codes (A-PST) based upon directives/guidance from PEO CV Front Office, PMS 312 PM/DPM, NAVSEA policy, etc. Including:

  • Software/Hardware integration

  • Facilities support (War Room Support)

  • Correspondence Audits (Internal)

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Field with 7+ years of related or applicable professional experience.

  • Ability to interface efficiently with team members and technical leads.

  • Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams)

  • Naval correspondence

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Master’s degree in Technical Field with 5+ years ofrelated or applicable professional experience.

  • PEO Aircraft Carriers or NAVSEA acquisition experience is a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
