The Position:
We are seeking a Policy Project Analyst (Finance and Regulatory) to join Censeo's efforts to centralize and streamline support capacity at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Some examples of responsibilities include:
Triage and troubleshoot customer issues in an organized and timely manner
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreement (SLAs) for exceptional customer experience
Investigate and resolve regulatory compliance issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Provide strong customer orientation, excellent conflict management, and problem-solving support.
Follow up on completed tasks to ensure end-user satisfaction and acceptance
Track progress against all associated activities and performance measures
Participate in knowledge sharing efforts within project team and across the agency
Manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks to deliver an exceptional customer experience
The Ideal Candidate:

We believe a successful Regulatory Support Specialist will have:
Junior: 0-4 years working with Federal or private sector clients
Mid-Level: 4+ years working with Federal or private sector clients
BA/BS from an accredited institution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams/Outlook/PowerPoint)
Experience with project support and triaging customer issues
Working in a helpdesk environment, including one year of Salesforce support (preferred)
Working in or for a financial Institution (preferred)
Familiarity with regulatory industry (preferred)
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators and business stakeholders, to resolve complex issues
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Critical thinking to align tasks while mitigate challenges, meeting overall organizational goals
Ability to build a strong degree of trust with the client
The Location:
Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C., a fantastic city for working professionals. We work in a hybrid setting with flexibility to work from home and work in our office conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just a few blocks away from the White House. And with many of our clients also based in D.C., we have the luxury of leaving for a meeting and being back in the office in time for post-work happy hours, team dinners, and game nights.
The Fine Print:
Expected travel 0-10%; may increase based on business needs
The expected base salary range for this role is $60,000-$85,000
This is an exempt, full-time position

Sitting: Particularly for sustained periods of time
Light Carrying: Physically transporting items weighing less than 15 pounds from one location to another
