Guidehouse Knowledge Management Manager in WASHINGTON, District Of Columbia

What You Will Do :

Manage and work with a team responsible for Knowledge Management across five divisions within a federal clients organization including maintaining, upgrading, and training the knowledge base and the team that develops articles and SOPs for each division.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct evaluation strategies to gauge knowledge program effectiveness and return on investment. This can include metrics collection, analysis, and reporting.

  • Deploy training, communications, and awareness programs related to knowledge management and identify ways to improve the current knowledge management system.

  • Develop requirements for a Knowledge Management platform transition.

  • Foster talent growth within a team of Senior Consultants and Consultants.

This role reports directly to one of the primary clients that owns the knowledge base and the project Director at Guidehouse.

What You Will Need :

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • 5 (five) or more years proven knowledge management experience leading content and information architecture strategy.

  • 3 (three) or more years managing direct reports responsible for development and operations/maintenance of knowledge management systems..

  • Experience in the areas of project and program management, consulting and customer centricity, communication and influence, and digital and data fluency.

  • Must be efficient, communicative, and organized to succeed in this role.

  • Must be able to collaborate and flex resources across the larger team of 13 teammates.

  • Must have experience in the Business Development process.

  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.

  • Candidates should reside within a reasonable number of miles to the Washington, D.C. Guidehouse Office.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Experience with Knowledge Management platforms, specifically Jira and Confluence.

  • Experience identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities.

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
